LEGAL VIDEO SERVICES

FEES:

$150.00 one hour minimum charge within the Phoenix metropolitan area. $250.00 two hour minimum charge outside the Phoenix metropolitan area. $100.00 per hour there after regardless of location. Hourly rates are computed in 30 minute increments. Add 50% to the above for “Expedited Deliveries”.

TIMEKEEPING:

The clock starts at the time the deposition is noticed for. No allowances are made to late starts. The clock stops at the deposition’s conclusion. You are not charged for set-up or tear-down time. The clock is stopped for lunch breaks, but not for down time caused by going off the record, or for any other breaks.

TRAVEL TIME:

No travel time is charged for depositions held within the Phoenix metropolitan area. A fee of .25c per round-trip mile will be assessed for all depositions held outside the Phoenix metropolitan area. A charge of $150.00 per night, will be added to any multi-day depositions requiring overnight stays.

VHS & DVD COPIES:

Additional VHS copies are available at $50.00 per videocassette, regardless of running time. DVD disks are available at $125.00 each. Add 50% for “Expedited Deliveries”.

DELIVERY:

Local deliveries to local clients, will ship via U.S. Priority Mail. Postage and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Out-of-town deliveries to out-of-town clients, will ship via Federal Express, C.O.D. Delivery, handling and C.O.D. charges will be added to your invoice. A copy of your invoice can be found behind your FEDEX airbill.

F.Y.I.:

We will archive a duplicate copy of the video deposition for safekeeping. An audio cassette will be prepared for your court reporter for their note verification. A notarized, sworn affidavit will accompany your videos, attesting to their accuracy and authenticity.
